Half-Day & Full-Day Sessions: Standard 4-hour and 8-hour options for both mediation and arbitration.

Express 1-Hour Mediation: Streamlined sessions available for represented parties anticipating a swift agreement.

Flexible Delivery: Sessions can be conducted virtually, in-person at our office, or on-location at your preferred venue.

Fee Structure & Travel Policies

• Party Rates: Mediation and arbitration fees are assessed per party. Contact our office directly for detailed rate sheets and custom complex-case pricing.

• Travel Rate: Travel outside of Bell County, Texas, is billed at a reduced rate of $100.00 per hour. All travel time and related travel expenses are divided equally among participating parties.
