With experience in the legal field since 2016, Jasmine has served in roles including Law Clerk, Judicial Clerk, Attorney, and Associate Judge. She has worked across various private law firms and courts in Harris County and Bell County. This diverse background gives her a practical, balanced perspective on how disputes unfold—and how they can be resolved efficiently and fairly.
After witnessing firsthand the emotional and financial toll that litigation can take on clients and families, Jasmine founded Texas Dispute Resolutions to provide individuals and businesses across Texas with a fair, accessible, and affordable path to resolving disputes. She offers services in both English and Spanish to ensure meaningful access for diverse communities.
As a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator with years of experience, she is committed to helping parties resolve conflicts with professionalism, cultural competence, and respect. Known for her calm, solution-oriented approach, Jasmine strives to create a space where all parties feel heard and empowered to reach durable, fair outcomes.

William Harding
Certified Mediator
Born and raised in Temple, Texas, William brings both dedication and practical experience to his work in mediation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and is a certified mediator. His background in government roles—where effective communication and dispute resolution were essential—has equipped him with a grounded, solutions-oriented approach to conflict.
Through his experience working closely with courts and legal teams, William understands the real-world impact disputes can have on individuals and families. He is known for his ability to listen carefully, remain neutral, and help parties move toward practical, respectful resolutions.
William’s training in mediation, combined with his experience in court-related environments, allows him to guide parties through the resolution process with professionalism and care.
